SecureNet uses GSM, LTE, IP, and/or Wi-Fi to transmit alarm signals to our monitoring station, with servers onsite at Acadian. Alarm panels such as DSC Iotega, Resolution Products Helix, 2GIG Rely, and 2GIG GC2 presently are supported directly on this system. Other alarm panels, such as DSC Power Series, Napco, Honeywell Vista and GE models, use the Interactive Gateway Module (IGM) for delivery of this service. This takes the third party out from retransmitting the signal to our monitoring station.
Alarm dealers will also have the option to custom brand the customer website and app with their name or logo, keeping your information in front of your customer at all times. Pricing for this service takes the guess work off of your sales staff since the price for this service is small, although the choices are many. You also have the ability to program your alarm panel information without the worry of overages by the cellular carrier and there are never any activation fees.
