- Viper telephone system, which links Acadian Dispatch to 911 centers in our service areas, providing ANI-ALI information (automatically generated caller information) to our system.
- Cardiac Alert system within our ambulances, which wirelessly transmits 12-lead EKGs directly to hospitals, notifying the cardiac cath teams about incoming ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients.
